You are a structured professional who can translate complex information into clear and actionable solutions. Thanks to your strong communication skills, you easily connect stakeholders from different departments and align them around common objectives. You have an analytical mindset, take ownership of your work, and feel comfortable operating in a highly regulated environment where quality and compliance are essential.
What do you bring?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience within pharma, biotech, or a regulated manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of EU GMP, risk assessment methodologies (FMEA, HACCP, What-if), and change management
Experience with contamination control, microbiological risk assessments, or environmental monitoring
Fluent in English; Dutch is considered an asset
