Key Responsibilities:
Follow Global IT Service Management processes (when published), including change, incident, problem, service level, knowledge, and request fulfillment management.
Collaborate with IT staff, service providers, and end-users to maintain the company’s core infrastructure.
Provide level 2 or 3 support for global core infrastructure issues within defined SLAs and OLAs.
Participate in on-call rotation to troubleshoot incidents outside of business hours.
Profiel kandidaat
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5-10 years’ experience managing datacenter systems in large enterprises.
Leadership skills with understanding of business capabilities and processes.
Broad industry experience, preferably in industrial manufacturing sector.
Ability to assess datacenter trends and implement hardware/software standards.
Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
Strong problem-solving ability.
Willingness to travel up to 15% for global support.
