Provide second- and third-line support for Azure & M365.
Analyse, prioritise and resolve incidents using ServiceNow.
Troubleshoot and support issues related to:
Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams & SharePoint
Windows Server (migrations & updates)
Basic networking (VPN, firewall, switching)
Printing and data reporting issues Automate recurring tasks using PowerShell. Collaborate on projects (migrations, ITIL processes, security testing).
Profiel kandidaat
5+ years of IT support experience, including 2–3 years on L2/L3 level.
Strong knowledge of Azure & Microsoft 365.
Experience with Windows Server & Active Directory.
Familiar with ticketing tools (ServiceNow is a plus).
Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus).
Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
