Your Role as Technical Superintendent
As a Technical Superintendent Inland Shipping, you are
Candidate profile
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Technology, Electromechanics, or Engineering
Proven experience as a Technical Superintendent / Vessel Manager (preferably inland shipping)
Fluent in German and English (mandatory requirement)
Knowledge of ship engines, propulsion systems, and electrical installations
Experience with PMS systems and technical documentation
Familiar with classification rules and maritime regulations
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality
Excellent communicator, able to connect with technical teams and crew
Flexible and willing to travel frequently
