Key responsibilities Audit the existing boards and propose a configuration based on a standard model Define common guidelines and secure team buy-in Implement and automate KPIs (burndown, velocity, project comparisons, etc.) Train and coach teams on using and interpreting reports Drive change management and assess the migration of existing data Expected deliverables: Documented new board model User guides and training materials Ready-to-use KPI dashboards Validated migration plan and deployment
