The Inside Sales Representative works in team with the external sales representative. It is their responsibility to ensure excellent service and customer communication for a fixed territory or customer’s base. Opening new accounts (30%) and extend the assortment portfolio with defined existing accounts (70%) is part of the daily work. Supporting customer satisfaction and loyalty whilst moving the customer to the most efficient sales channel is very important. Your tasks
