About the job We are looking for a 1st /2nd line helpdesk agent for one of our clients. You will be responsible for Remote, & on-site support for IT users of our client Call handling Ticket creation Troubleshooting Follow-up PC staging, configuration, and installation. Profile Windows 7 and 10 (Use, configuration, and troubleshooting) Microsoft Office (2010/2016) User management (use of Active Directory). You speak Dutch Basic knowledge of: Software (MS Visio, Adobe products...) (commands) DOS.
