Description
We are looking for an experienced IS Team Leader to join a modern glass container manufacturing environment. In this role, you will work in day shift and take overall responsibility for multiple production teams operating in a 6-shift system.
As Team Leader of the Individual Section (IS) machines, you ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards for glass bottle manufacturing.

We are looking for a technically skilled professional with proven experience in glass manufacturing.
Requirements:
Experience in glass industry is a must
Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a process or manufacturing environment.
Mandatory experience in glass production, preferably in hot end or IS machine operations.
Experience in a leadership role, or strong motivation to grow into one.
Solid knowledge of glass forming processes and IS machine systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on quality, efficiency and safety.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Good knowledge of Excel.
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
Passion for continuous improvement, sustainability and teamwork.
