Map existing tools and their positioning within the enterprise architecture 2. Current-State Analysis
Assess ITSM process maturity (Change, Incident, Problem, CMDB, Knowledge, SLA, etc.)
Identify overlaps and integration points
Evaluate user experience and technical landscape 3. Requirements & Gap
