Your tasks:
Investigate incidents related to transport shipments.
Collect and analyze information and propose solutions.
Maintain contact with customers and internal teams (warehouse, customer service, sales).
Prepare reports and follow up on Corrective & Preventive Actions.
Support audits, procedures, and document control.
Profil du candidat
Your profile:
Administrative experience, preferably in logistics.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and quality-focused mindset.
Strong communication skills and excellent command of English (Dutch is a plus).
Knowledge of Word & Excel.
