What will you do?
Investigate incidents in transport shipments (mainly in the pharmaceutical sector).
Collect and analyse information to determine the cause and develop solutions to prevent future issues.
Maintain close contact with customers, colleagues in Belgium and abroad, and other departments such as warehouse, customer service, and sales.
Document your findings in clear reports and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

Who are you?
You have administrative experience, preferably in logistics.
You are solution-oriented, accurate, and proactive.
You have strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn.
You communicate fluently in English (knowledge of Dutch is an asset).
You are proficient in Word and Excel.
