Je faciliteert het therapeutisch proces van de patiënt aan de hand van psychotherapie (zowel individueel als in groep). Je werkt nauw samen met andere disciplines. Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan het verder ontwikkelen en implementeren van de therapeutische visie (mentalisatie bevorderend en psychodynamisch) op het paviljoen.
