The Product Compliance Manager is in charge of managing products compliance and the regulatory impact over trade compliance . Considering the variety and complexity of the areas covered, there is no requirement for the incumbent to have all the knowledge. He/she will have the support of external specialists and will work in close collaboration with internal stake holders.

Skills & Knowledge :
Academic Bachelor or equivalent experience. Hazardous Materials certification.
 > 5 years in Logistics / Supply Chain.
Previous regulation advisory role or experience in a compliance/legal department is required.
Strong understanding of product compliance regulations in Europe.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex regulatory frameworks and apply them effectively.
Good working knowledge of MS Office: Computer proficiency with standard software packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
Customer Orientation: persuasive, diplomatic and tenacious. Quality Management System awareness
