Als Planner heb je verschillende verantwoordelijkheden: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor communicatie met vrachtwagenchauffeurs via telefoon, e-mail en fysiek onthaal. Je zorgt voor nauwkeurige overdracht van werkinstructies aan chauffeurs en toezicht op opvolging. Je streeft naar optimale communicatie voor kostenbewuste transportplanning. Je deelt proactief informatie met collega’s van Dispatch en Customer Service.
