Tâches et responsabilités

A varied role where you will be involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:
Drafting employment contracts and following up on career breaks;
Preparing payroll (simulations, data verification, transmission to the social secretariat);
Answering questions from employees and managers, both in person and by phone;
Organising onboarding days for new employees;
Setting up and maintaining HR procedures;

Profil du candidat


You have a solid knowledge of Belgian social legislation , ideally within CP 302 (blue- and white-collar workers);
You are fluent in French and English ; Dutch is a plus;
You are precise, structured, and comfortable with administrative tasks;
You are solution-oriented, a good listener, and enjoy human interaction;
You like working in a small team and are able to take responsibility.

A full-time contract (38h/week) in a stable structure within the hospitality sector;
Flexible working hours and 1 day of remote work per week;
20 legal vacation days, with the opportunity to earn up to 5 additional days;
