Essential Qualifications & Skills:
Extensive experience in IT leadership, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Strong expertise in managing technology projects and optimizing IT resources.
Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and digital transformation strategies.
Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Certification in project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2) is advantageous.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years in IT leadership roles.
Master Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in industrial or manufacturing IT environments.
Multilingual proficiency (French, English, Dutch) is a strong asset.

IT oversight for manufacturing facilities across the different sites.
IT infrastructure and support for European branches.
IT service management for SAP and collaboration tools in US locations.
