You will investigate incidents involving transport shipments for Life Science (pharmaceutical) customers. This includes gathering information from all involved parties, analyzing the data to determine where and why issues occurred, and proposing solutions to prevent future incident. Always in alignment with customer expectations and approvals. You will maintain regular, direct communication with customers through calls and occasional on-site
