Tâches et responsabilités
As Help Desk Support, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues facing IT challenges. You’ll work in a small, close-knit team supporting approximately 200 users.
Your responsibilities include:
First-line support: Handling inquiries via phone, email, and a ticketing system.
Troubleshooting: Resolving login issues, printer problems, and other IT-related challenges.
Project assistance: Collaborating with the IT Manager on various IT and multimedia
Profil du candidat
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and Windows environments.
Friendly, communicative, and not afraid to ask questions.
Detail-oriented in documentation and a true team player.
Interest in both IT and multimedia (audio/video).
