Work arrangements: Full-time, 2 to 3 days of remote per week Key responsibilities: Incident analysis and identification of areas for improvement Assessment of change requests, business requirements, and acceptance criteria Definition of scope, target target operating model, and business-to-IT interfaces End-to-end implementation tracking up to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Required
