Role Overview
Coordinate and plan preventive and corrective maintenance
Lead a team of 3 experienced technicians
Support maintenance of automated warehouses, transport systems, wrapping and packaging machines
Troubleshoot operational issues
Manage stock in collaboration with purchasing
Drive technical improvements and process optimization
Handle administrative tasks (maintenance schedules, manuals, reports)

Profile
Degree in Electromechanics or equivalent experience
Leadership experience or ready for the next step
Willing to join on-call rotations and travel for training/support
Fluent in English, good command of Dutch
ERP experience is a plus
Strong initiative and sense of responsibility
Ideally available between 10:00–18:00 for team supervision
