Tasks and responsibilities
As a Freight Forwarder Seafreight in Puurs, you’ll be the key operational link between a key client and the global sea freight network. You’ll manage export documentation and coordinate shipments from A to Z, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and excellent service.
What you’ll do
Coordinate and manage sea freight export shipments for a key client
Create and follow up shipments in a modern Transport Management System (TMS)
Handle bookings with carriers and shipping
Candidate profile
You bring:
A first experience in sea freight forwarding, documentation or export coordination
Fluency in English (Dutch is not required)
Availability to start quickly
Knowledge of IMDG and Codex is a plus You are hands-on, accurate, and communicative. You enjoy working in a structured way and thrive in a dynamic logistics environment.
