Description The Support Engineer provides IT support to end users and is responsible for maintaining the IT Infrastructure (Hardware & software). His main tasks are Speaking to customers (end users) or other stakeholders by phone, email and/or via the support tool, who have questions about technical and/or ICT-related issues in order to enable employees to perform their tasks smoothly.
