Description Lonza Verviers is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide a high level of service to generate customer satisfaction with focus on anything related to an order (before, during, after).
Key Responsibilities:
• Be the primary contact for the customer and interact with Sales teams on a day-to-day basis
• Work with Finance on any customer credit problem that affects the shipment of orders
